1. Eligibility for Return
You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:
- the product is damaged,
- defective,
- incorrectly delivered,
- or delivered with missing items.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- opened products,
- used items,
- wipes, intimate care, personal care items once unsealed.
2. Return Conditions
The item must be:

- in original packaging,
- with all labels and accessories.
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos.
- Our team will review and arrange pick-up if approved.
- Once inspected, refund or replacement will be processed.
4. Refund Method
- Refunds are issued via original payment method.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
- Refunds may take 7–14 working days depending on payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Products on clearance or promotion
- Bundles or gift sets once partially used
- Items damaged by misuse, improper storage, or negligence
