Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • the product is damaged,
  • defective,
  • incorrectly delivered,
  • or delivered with missing items.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • opened products,
  • used items,
  • wipes, intimate care, personal care items once unsealed.

2. Return Conditions

The item must be:

  • unused,
  • in original packaging,
  • with all labels and accessories.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos.
  • Our team will review and arrange pick-up if approved.
  • Once inspected, refund or replacement will be processed.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued via original payment method.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery will be issued as store credit or bank transfer.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 working days depending on payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products on clearance or promotion
  • Bundles or gift sets once partially used
  • Items damaged by misuse, improper storage, or negligence
