1. Delivery Coverage
Cool & Cool delivers across all emirates within the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Certain remote areas may have limited delivery availability.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are typically delivered within 1–5 working days inside major cities.
- Deliveries to remote areas may take 3–7 working days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Charges
- AED 20 delivery charges will apply for orders below 50 AED.
- Promotional free delivery offers (if active) will be mentioned clearly on the website.
4. Order Processing
- All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
- You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once the order is placed.
- A second notification will be sent when the order is dispatched.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts.
- If the customer is unavailable, the shipment may be rescheduled or cancelled.
- Re-delivery charges may apply in case of repeated failed attempts.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.
Cool & Cool is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Delivery Inspection
We encourage customers to inspect the package upon delivery.
If an item is:
- damaged,
- missing, or
- incorrect,
please report it within 24 hours to our customer service team with photo evidence.
8. Delivery Restrictions
- Some products may have delivery limitations due to weight, size, or safety regulations.
- We reserve the right to decline delivery to certain locations if required.
9. Shipment Tracking
Customers may receive a tracking link or courier reference number to follow the status of their order.
10. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
If the customer cancels the order after dispatch, delivery charges may still apply.
